What are the costs?

Your initial consultation and property assessment are completely free, with no obligation. If you decide to move forward, standard management fees apply — all clearly outlined before you sign.

What if I still want to sell?

You can. Your property stays staged and sale-ready at all times, so you can list or show it whenever you're ready.

What happens to the furniture afterward?

All furnishings are removed once the program ends or the property sells — simple and hassle-free.

What if tenants damage my home?

While rare, accidents and damage can happen. We require all tenants to carry comprehensive tenant insurance. Additionally, a damage deposit is always collected prior to a tenancy commencing.
